Method

Preparation

1

Prepare Pulled Pork

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pulled pork with BBQ sauce until well combined. Set aside.

2

Prepare Cheese Sauce

If using store-bought cheese sauce, heat it according to the package instructions. If making from scratch, melt 2 cups of shredded cheese in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Assembly

3

Layer the Nachos

On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread the tortilla chips evenly. Spoon the pulled pork mixture over the chips, followed by the jalapeños.

4

Add Cheese Sauce

Drizzle the warm cheese sauce over the nachos, ensuring even coverage.

5

Garnish

Sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the nachos for added flavor and color.

Baking

6

Bake the Nachos

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the assembled nachos in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the chips are golden.

Serving

7

Serve Immediately

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your BBQ nachos warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.
