Prepare the Chicken
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Chicken
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly over the chicken breasts. Rub the seasonings into the chicken to ensure they are well coated.
Grilling

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side.

Add BBQ Sauce
Flip the chicken breasts over and brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce on the grilled side. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes.

Check for Doneness
Ensure the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). If necessary, cook for an additional few minutes.
Serving

Rest and Serve
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Serve with the remaining BBQ sauce on the side if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
