Cook the Vegetables

Add the sliced gyro meat to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until heated through.
Melt the Cheese

Prepare the Hoagie Rolls
While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the hoagie rolls in an oven or on a grill.

Spoon the gyro meat and vegetable mixture into the toasted hoagie rolls.
Cook the French Fries
Prepare the crinkle-cut french fries according to package instructions, either in the oven or deep fryer.
