Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bourbon-rendered bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and chop into small pieces, keeping the rendered fat in the skillet.

  2. 2

    Scramble the Eggs

In the same skillet with the bacon fat, crack the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps. Stir in the chopped bacon, scrambled eggs, soy sauce, hot pepper honey sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in the Thai basil and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
