Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Base
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and grass-fed butter. Once melted, add the diced onions, celery, and carrots. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Cook the Beef
Add the organic ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 8-10 minutes.
Add Wine and Marinara
Pour in the Pinot Noir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly. Then, stir in the housemade marinara sauce and Indonesian cinnamon.
Simmer the Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and let the Bolognese sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Cook the Noodles
While the sauce is simmering, prepare your choice of Udon, Jasmine Rice, or Ramen according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Serve
To serve, place the cooked noodles on a plate and spoon the Beef Bolognese sauce over the top. Garnish with scallions and Thai basil.
