Fry the Tortilla Chips
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tortilla chips in batches and fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.

Combine with Salsa
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried tortilla chips with the red salsa. Toss gently until the chips are evenly coated, being careful not to break them.

Assemble the Chilaquiles
On a serving plate, place a generous portion of the chilaquiles. Top with the fried eggs, crumbled queso fresco, fresh cilantro, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
