Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Marinate the beef and shrimp in your favorite marinade for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill and cook the beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Deep fry or bake the Vietnamese egg rolls according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.

In a bowl, place a portion of the cooked rice vermicelli noodles. Top with grilled beef, shrimp, and pork. Add the egg rolls on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs, crushed peanuts, and a drizzle of nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce).
