Method

Juicing

1

Prepare the Oranges

Cut each orange in half and remove any seeds. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Apples

Wash the apples thoroughly. Cut them into quarters, removing the core and seeds, but leaving the skin on for added nutrients.

3

Prepare the Cranberries

If using fresh cranberries, wash them under cold water. If using dried cranberries, consider soaking them in water for about 10 minutes to soften.

4

Juicing Process

Using a juicer, start by juicing the orange halves. Follow with the apple quarters, and then add the cranberries. If using a blender, blend the ingredients together with a small amount of water to help with consistency, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

5

Sweetening (Optional)

Taste the juice. If you prefer a sweeter juice, add honey or sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.

6

Serve

Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately over ice, if desired.
