Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the AAA striploin steak with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Focaccia

While the steak is cooking, lightly toast the focaccia slices on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sandwich

Spread the crispy bacon jam on one slice of focaccia and the grainy dijonnaise on the other. Slice the cooked steak thinly against the grain and layer it on the focaccia. Top with crispy bell peppers, crispy onions, and crumbled gorgonzola.

  4. 4

    Serve

Close the sandwich with the second slice of focaccia. Serve with a side of French fries (frites) and enjoy!
