Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

  3. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan or a fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  4. 4

    Fry the Wings

Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the wings for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Drain and Serve

Use a slotted spoon to remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
