Make the Crust
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until all crumbs are evenly coated.

Form the Crust
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan evenly. Ensure the crust is packed tightly.

Bake the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Add Peanut Butter and Sugar
Gradually add the peanut butter and powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined and smooth.

Fold in Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Spread the filling evenly into the cooled chocolate cookie crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
