Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C). Season the ribs with your favorite dry rub and let them sit for at least 30 minutes. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 4-5 hours, basting with BBQ sauce during the last hour of cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meats

While the ribs are cooking, prepare the brisket and pulled pork. Smoke or roast the brisket until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C), approximately 6-8 hours. For pulled pork, cook it in the smoker or slow cooker until it reaches an internal temperature of 200°F (93°C), which takes about 8-10 hours.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bread

During the last 10 minutes of cooking, toast the bread slices on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once all meats are done, slice the brisket and serve with pulled pork on the side. Plate the ribs alongside the meats with your choice of three side items (like coleslaw, baked beans, and potato salad) and the toasted bread.
