Preparation

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

    Cream Butter and Sugars

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

    Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

    Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients

    Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

    Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.

    Add cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips.

    Stir in oats and raisins.

    Mix in peanut butter.

    Add cinnamon and roll dough in cinnamon sugar.

    Stir in toffee bits and chopped pecans.

Baking

    Scoop and Bake

    Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.

    Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
