Burger Patty Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. Press a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.

Tzatziki Sauce Preparation

Prepare Cucumber
Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor. Place it in a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Toast Buns
Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked beef patty, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion. Add a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce on top, then cover with the top half of the bun.
