Prepare the Oysters
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet. Reserve the top shells for later use.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

Combine the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mixture, crawfish, lump crab, crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Fill the Oysters
Spoon the mixture generously onto each oyster. If using reserved shells, place the filled oysters back into the shells.

Bake the Oysters
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
