1. Prepare the oysters
Shuck the fresh oysters carefully, making sure to keep the liquor in the shell.
2. Assemble the shooter
In a small shot glass, add 1 tablespoon of spicy cocktail sauce at the bottom.
3. Add the oyster
Place one fresh oyster on top of the cocktail sauce in the shot glass.
4. Pour the vodka
Slowly pour 0.5 oz of pepper vodka over the oyster and cocktail sauce.
5. Garnish
Add a few drops of hot sauce on top, if desired, and serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
6. Serve
Repeat the process for the remaining oysters and serve immediately.
