Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork Belly
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the pork belly and marinate it for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- 2
Cook the Lima Beans
While the pork is marinating, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lima beans and cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Cook the Pork Belly
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated pork belly and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Once the pork belly is cooked, add the cooked lima beans to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with sliced almonds and green onions.
