Breading Setup
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs.

Bread the Calamari
Dredge the seasoned calamari steak in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Calamari
In a large skillet, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded calamari steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice.
