Chicken Marinade

Serving Suggestions

Method

Marinating the Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare Marinade

In a bowl, combine guava juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate Chicken

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

Making the Pineapple Salsa

  1. 3

    Combine Salsa Ingredients

In a bowl, mix diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes for flavors to meld.

Grilling the Chicken

  1. 4

    Preheat Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Grill Chicken

Remove chicken from marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled chicken topped with pineapple salsa alongside cooked rice or french fries, salad, and corn.
