Form the Meatballs
Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a plate.

Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat the tomato sauce and water over medium heat. Once it starts to simmer, gently add the meatballs to the skillet.

Simmer
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, occasionally stirring gently to prevent sticking. The meatballs are done when they are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Serve the albondigas hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
