Prepare the Spinach Mixture
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette or Italian bread in half lengthwise. Place the bread on a baking sheet.

Assemble the Garlic Bread
Spread the sautéed spinach mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread. Top generously with shredded Provolone cheese.

Bake the Bread
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
