Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Broiler

Preheat your oven's broiler on high. Ensure the rack is positioned about 6 inches from the heat source.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Haddock

Place the haddock fillets on a greased broiler-safe baking dish. Brush generously with the lemon butter sauce, reserving some for serving.

  4. 4

    Broil the Haddock

Broil the haddock for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in color. The top should be lightly browned.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the haddock from the oven and drizzle with the remaining lemon butter sauce. Garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
