Coat the Fish
Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Carefully place the coated fish fillets into the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
