Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble into pieces.
- 3
Cook the Chicken
In the same skillet, add the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove chicken from the skillet and slice into strips.
- 4
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In the skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
- 5
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked fettuccine, chicken, and crumbled bacon into the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well-coated.
- 6
Serve
Plate the Chicken Alfredo pasta and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper if desired.
