Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt and black pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

  4. 4

    Make the Blue Cheese Sauce

Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Stir gently and allow it to warm through. Crumble the blue cheese into the sauce and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and additional black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked pasta and sliced steak to the skillet, tossing everything together until coated in the blue cheese sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
