Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold running water. Shake off excess water and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Croutons and Cheese
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to mix.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembling the Salad

Combine and Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the romaine mixture. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
