Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the crimini mushrooms and andouille sausage, cooking until the mushrooms are tender and the sausage is browned.

  3. 3

    Add Crawfish and Sauces

Stir in the crawfish tails, marinara sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to loosen it up.

  5. 5

    Grill the Shrimp

While the pasta is cooking, grill the jumbo shrimp on a grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pasta and top with grilled shrimp. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
