Begin by washing and then chopping the red and green bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Cooking
- 3
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onions and sauté for about 3 minutes until they start to soften. Then add the red and green bell peppers and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes until they are tender.
- 4
Add Marinara Sauce
Pour the marinara sauce over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Cook the Salmon
In a separate skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium-high. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- 6
Combine and Serve
Once the salmon is cooked, carefully place the fillets on top of the marinara and pepper mixture in the first skillet. Serve immediately, spooning some of the sauce over the salmon.
