Prepare the Cod
Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in the first dish, beat the eggs in the second dish, and combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in the third dish.
