Cheese Bread

Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

Mix Ingredients
Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough comes together.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Let it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Add Cheese
Once risen, punch down the dough and fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Shape and Bake
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Toasted Ravioli

Bread the Ravioli
Dip each ravioli in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure they are well covered.

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.

Fry the Ravioli
Fry the breaded ravioli in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Platter
On a large serving platter, arrange the salami slices, assorted cheeses, mixed olives, and roasted red peppers.

Add Cheese Bread and Toasted Ravioli
Slice the cheese bread and add it to the platter alongside the toasted ravioli.

Serve the antipasto platter with toothpicks for easy eating and enjoy!
