Antipasto Assembly

Method

Cheese Bread

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough comes together.

  3. 3

    Knead the Dough

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

  4. 4

    Let it Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese

Once risen, punch down the dough and fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese.

  6. 6

    Shape and Bake

Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Toasted Ravioli

  1. 7

    Prepare the Breading Station

Set up a breading station with one bowl for beaten egg and another for breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan and salt.

  2. 8

    Bread the Ravioli

Dip each ravioli in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure they are well covered.

  3. 9

    Heat the Oil

In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.

  4. 10

    Fry the Ravioli

Fry the breaded ravioli in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Antipasto Assembly

  1. 11

    Prepare the Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the salami slices, assorted cheeses, mixed olives, and roasted red peppers.

  2. 12
