Prepare the Tofu
Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

Coat the Tofu
In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until they are evenly coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Tofu
Carefully add the coated tofu cubes to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the Thai sweet chili sauce over low heat until warm.

Serve
Serve the fried tofu drizzled with warm sweet chili sauce. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds on top.
