Method
Pork Belly Fried Rice
Cook the Pork Belly
Sauté pork belly in a pan until crispy, then remove and set aside.
Combine Ingredients
Add soy sauce, green onions, and diced pork belly. Stir in beaten eggs until cooked.
Season and Serve
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Duck Curry
Prepare the Duck
Slice duck breast and sauté in a pot until browned.
Make the Curry
Add red curry paste and coconut milk, stir to combine.
Add Vegetables
Incorporate bamboo shoots and simmer until cooked.
Finish with Basil
Stir in fish sauce, sugar, and Thai basil before serving.
Gai Grop Sam Yan
Marinate the Chicken
Mix chicken with garlic, chili, lime juice, and fish sauce. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
Stir-fry marinated chicken in a hot pan until cooked through.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
Som Tum Thai
Prepare Papaya
Shred green papaya into thin strips.
Mix the Salad
Combine papaya, tomatoes, green beans, and peanuts in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, and palm sugar. Pour over the salad.

Jasmine Rice
