Method

Fried Chicken Wings

1

Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture until well coated.

2

Fry the Chicken Wings

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat. Fry the wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Steamed Veggies

3

Steam the Vegetables

Place the broccoli, carrots, and zucchini in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes or until tender. Season with salt to taste.

Sticky Rice

4

Cook the Sticky Rice

Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine with water in a rice cooker or pot. Cook according to your rice cooker's instructions or bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Peanut Sauce

5

Make the Peanut Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and water until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if desired.
