Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, add pork belly and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour until tender. Remove pork, strain the broth, and return it to the pot.

Season the Broth
Add lime juice, fish sauce, and chili paste to the broth. Adjust seasoning to taste and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.

Prepare the Toppings
Slice the cooked pork belly and red pork. Prepare the pork meatballs as per package instructions if using frozen ones.

Assemble the Dish
Place cooked noodles in serving bowls. Top with sliced pork belly, red pork, meatballs, green beans, bean sprouts, and scallions.

Serve
Ladle the spicy lime broth over the noodles and toppings. Sprinkle with ground peanuts before serving.
