Oysters

Prepare Oysters
Rinse the fresh oysters under cold water to remove any sand and debris. Shuck the oysters using an oyster knife and place them on a bed of ice. Serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce on the side.

Prepare Chilled Lobster
Remove the cooked lobster tails from their shells and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle melted butter over the lobster tails and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
Shrimp Cocktail

Boil the shrimp in salted water for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and chill in ice water. Serve on a platter with cocktail sauce.
Mussels Escabeche

In a pot, combine white wine, olive oil, sliced red onion, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer. Add the fresh mussels and cover until they open. Chill the mussels in the marinade before serving.
Smoked Fish Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine smoked fish, cream cheese, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
