COCKTAILS

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

Select a chilled cocktail glass or a rocks glass and set it aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, tamarind paste, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and pasilla chili powder.

  3. 3

    Add Ice

Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker, filling it about halfway.

  4. 4

    Shake Well

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and mixed.

  5. 5

    Strain the Cocktail

Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared glass. If desired, you can use a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp from the tamarind.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Garnish the cocktail with a wedge of pineapple and a pasilla chili placed on top or on the rim of the glass.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Ilegal mezcal cocktail!
