1. Prepare the Espresso
Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool slightly before shaking.
2. Shake the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Galliano Ristretto, Cynar Amaro, and the shaken espresso. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
4. Add Tonic
Top with Fever Tree tonic water and gently stir to combine.
5. Garnish and Finish
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
