Shake Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Sons of Vancouver No. 82 Amaretto, Bulleit Bourbon, lemon juice, Angostura Bitters, and the foamer.

Dry Shake
Shake the mixture without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the foamer.

Add Ice and Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish
Garnish with a lemon wheel or cherry on top.
