Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguini

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pancetta

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

  3. 3

    Sauté Asparagus and Garlic

In the same skillet, add the asparagus tops and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add Wine and Clams

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the clams and cover the skillet. Cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any clams that do not open.

  5. 5

    Add Scallops

Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Prepare Lemon Butter Broth

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the butter and lemon juice until melted and combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguini and pancetta to the skillet and toss to coat in the broth. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.

  8. 8

    Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
