Blister the Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the tomatoes are blistered and softened.

Prepare the Garlic Crostini
While the tomatoes are roasting, slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with minced garlic. Brush the mixture onto each slice of bread. Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving plate, place the burrata cheese in the center. Arrange the blistered tomatoes around the burrata. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
