Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the shredded corned beef, mozzarella cheese, drained sauerkraut, and softened cream cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Form the Fritters

With your hands, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small patties or fritters, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

  3. 3

    Prepare for Frying

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dip each fritter first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Fry the Fritters

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded fritters in batches, frying until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or dressing.
