Prepare the Ingredients
In a shallow bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

Coat the Cheese Curds
Take each cheese curd and dip it into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Cheese Curds
Carefully add the coated cheese curds to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
