Prepare the Cucumber
Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Chill the Tzatziki
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the tzatziki chilled with pita bread on the side for dipping.
