Marinated Skirt Steak

Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice until well combined.

Marinate the Steak
Place the skirt steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

Prepare the Gremolata
In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
Smoked Gouda Macaroni & Cheese

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add the Cheese
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the smoked gouda cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring until well combined. If desired, transfer to a baking dish and top with additional cheese before baking at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
