Burger Assembly

Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

1

Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sirloin, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent bulging while cooking.

Cook the Burger Pattys

3

Preheat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

4

Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Cook the Bacon

5

Fry the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger

6

Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

7

Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of each bun, spread a generous amount of B&B aioli. Add the cooked burger patty, followed by a slice of pimento cheese, crispy bacon, pickled red onion, and lettuce leaves. Top with the other half of the bun.
