Prepare the Passionfruit
Cut the passionfruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a mixing bowl.

Juice the Citrus Fruits
Juice the lemon, lime, and orange. Strain the juice to remove any seeds or pulp.

In the bowl with the passionfruit pulp, add the citrus juices and simple syrup (if using). Mix well to combine.

In a large pitcher, combine the passionfruit mixture with the bottle of Baron d' Arignac Sparkling Wine. Stir gently to combine.
