Slice the Spam
Open the can of Spam and slice it into 1/4 inch thick pieces.

Ensure you have 2 cups of cooked rice ready. You can use leftover rice or cook fresh rice according to package instructions.

In a non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Spam and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice and furikake. Mix well to ensure the rice is evenly coated with furikake.

On a serving plate, place a generous portion of the furikake rice. Top with the crispy Spam slices.
