Stuff the Grape Leaves
Rinse the grape leaves in cold water and pat dry. Lay a grape leaf on a flat surface, vein side up. Place about 1 tablespoon of the rice filling at the base of the leaf. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up tightly, like a burrito. Repeat until all filling is used.

Cook the Dolmathes
In a large pot, arrange the stuffed grape leaves seam side down. Pour the vegetable broth over the dolmathes. Place a plate on top to keep them submerged. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.

Serve
Transfer the dolmathes to a serving platter, drizzle with additional lemon juice, and garnish with lemon slices. Serve warm or at room temperature.
