Chicken Marinade

Method

Marinating Chicken

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring that they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.

Making Chimichurri Sauce

3

Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, chopped oregano, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

4

Mix Well

Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated. Adjust seasoning to taste, if necessary. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.

Grilling Chicken

5

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

6

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

7

Rest the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serving

8

Serve with Chimichurri

Slice the grilled chicken and serve it drizzled with the chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
