Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. 3

    Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce. Mix well and let it cool slightly.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Mixture

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the macaroni and cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.

  5. 5

    Form the Bites

Using your hands, form the macaroni and cheese mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 inch in diameter.

  6. 6

    Coat the Bites

Roll each mac & cheese bite in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

  7. 7

    Fry the Bites

In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the bites in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve the mac & cheese bites warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
