Cook the Pasta
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce. Mix well and let it cool slightly.

Form the Bites
Using your hands, form the macaroni and cheese mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 inch in diameter.

Roll each mac & cheese bite in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the bites in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
